    We suggest you plan your trip so that you arrive on the mountain during daylight hours.  Traveling from the south, the grocery stores are approximately 1 1/2 hours from Canaan Land in West Union,

S. C.  and traveling from the east, they are approximately 3/4 hour from Canaan Land in Brevard.
